before i forget...

this is a cool show that is not to be missed. it was put together by my friend christina conway. i was in her first kokeshi show a while back, and i'm glad she asked me again. there's a great lineup of artists that are involved this time. there is no opening for this show (aside from a private opening), but you can check it out by stopping in at the japanese american national museum in downtown L.A. (janm.org for more info). check out the artist lineup below...

i was asked by jason jones at LA WEEKLY to come up with a comic for the upcoming issue. my only guideline was that it had to do something with Los Angeles. this is what i came up with.


i had fun doing this, so i hope i get another opportunity.

this piece made it into the 3x3 annual professional show book. the annual will be out sometime in the fall.

la weekly, and upcoming stuff.

this is a full page piece i just did for the current issue of la weekly.the piece ended up running in greyscale, but i thought i'd post it in full color.

i have a few projects i'm working on aside from this, including (hopefully) something for this years comic con which is getting dangerously close. i'll post more info on that stuff as it comes closer.
